My girls love them, and I love that smoothies are mom-friendly. A breakfast I can drink? That’s healthy and delicious? Yep. I’m in. I want to share our everyday smoothie recipe. Keep reading to see what we always have on hand to make it!

Our Everyday Smoothie Recipe

It really is not a secret now that you can get in lots of fruits and maybe even some veggies with smoothies. But did you know you can sneak in things like avocados (they make them extremely creamy), walnuts, and even raw pumpkin seeds? Smoothies don’t just have to be fruit-heavy. We do lots of protein from legumes and nuts in our smoothies too!
