My girls love them, and I love that smoothies are mom-friendly. A breakfast I can drink? That’s healthy and delicious? Yep. I’m in. I want to share our everyday smoothie recipe. Keep reading to see what we always have on hand to make it!

Our Everyday Smoothie Recipe

It really is not a secret now that you can get in lots of fruits and maybe even some veggies with smoothies. We do lots of protein from legumes and nuts in our smoothies too!
