I love wearing sweatshirts. As a child from the 90’s, growing up in Southern California, I wore sweatshirts all the time. We didn’t really wear coats. Plus, the feeling you get when you put on a cozy sweatshirt? It’s the best. So, I’m styling this Anine Bing sweatshirt (a major score and gift from the thrifting gods) from day to night in today’s post. Keep reading to see how I styled this secondhand sweatshirt!

How to Style a Graphic Sweatshirt From Day to Night

MY DAYTIME LOOK

For this daytime look, I wanted to keep it casual. Most days I wear sweatshirts I’m chasing my girls around the park or hanging out at home. These Levi’s wedgie fit jeans are the perfect pairing with a sweatshirt. You can read my full review about them here. They make the outfit feel relaxed yet put together. I like how they’re high waisted, but the straight-leg crop keep this outfit feeling casual. Especially when paired with a cream-colored beanie and white sneakers! I shared the full outfit details below, but these Veja sneakers go with EVERYTHING! They look so cute with dresses, but feel so sporty with jeans and leggings too. Plus, they are sustainably made and vegan.

MY NIGHT TIME LOOK

This look is a perfect “nighttime” look, and it’s super comfortable. I have to be honest, if I could only wear one thing for the rest of my life, it would probably be this outfit! I’m a sucker for all black, I truly am! This Anine Bing sweatshirt, and these Spanx faux leather leggings were just begging to be worn together. A few things I love about this outfit are that the two blacks are different. The sweatshirt has a faded vintage look. The leggings are a true black! I also loooove these Acne Studios ‘Jensen’ Chelsea boots with this outfit. It really elevates it to be honest. The toe has a metal detail on the point, and it makes it even more edgy-looking! I grabbed my vegan leather bag by Angela Roi, and my sustainably-made Everlane Cocoon coat if in case I got chilly. I’m super happy with the result!
