I shared these easy granola recipe on my Instagram stories a few days ago and promised to share the recipe! It’s seriously the easiest go-to breakfast for busy mornings! Dare I say easier than opening a cereal box? Ha! Definitely healthier as it has no refined sugar and isn’t processed at all! Anyway, keep reading to see my five minute no bake granola recipe.
5 Minute No Bake Granola Recipe
5 Minute No Bake Granola Recipe
This granola recipe is refined sugar free, dairy-free, nut-free, and can be gluten-free if you use gluten-free oats! It’s simple, as it requires just three main ingredients plus a few add-ins here and there if you like. But it’s foolproof, stores wonderfully, and best of all, kids love it!
I usually have all of these ingredients on hand, so when I’m running low on breakfast supplies/ideas, the granola saves me! Serve it with almond or oat milk like a cereal, or chill it and eat it by itself. It’s truly delicious!
Makes 1 mason jar full!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sprouted rolled oats (I use One Degree)
- 1.5 cups pitted medjool dates
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Optional: Flax, hemp, and chia seeds (I usually add all three)
- Optional: sunflower seeds or nuts
- Top with: fresh fruit and any nut butter
Method:
- Add all ingredients into the food processor.
- Pulse until dates are well broken up. It may take a minute or two if the dates aren’t super soft. You don’t want to purée them either. See the photo below for the texture you’ll want!
- Add your toppings, and then pour some almond milk or oat milk over it!
- Serve and enjoy!
- Store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to one week.
