PEANUT BUTTER BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE
This recipe is incredibly easy, and one of my favorite breakfasts to make! It’s kid-friendly, filling, and nutritious.
What You Need:
-1 cup organic rolled oats
-1 teaspoon maple syrup
-1.5-2 cups plant milk (almond milk is our favorite)
-1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter (I like CB’s Nuts)
-1 tablespoon chia seeds and/or milled flax
-1 ripe, spotty banana
-organic cinnamon to taste
-vanilla extract (optional)
How To Make It:
01. Simply take all of the ingredients and place them in a jar.
02. Stir and cover.
03. Let sit in fridge overnight! That’s it!
