Yay! The Fall 10×10 challenge is here! It starts this Monday, October 22nd. If you aren’t sure what the 10×10 challenge is, visit this post here for a rundown.
I’m quickly sharing the items I chose in hopes that it will help you narrow down the ten items you want to use for the challenge! I’ve also included links below on each piece for you to refer back to if you like how it’s styled throughout the next ten days and want to pick up one for yourself!
My Ten Items for the Fall 10×10 Challenge
The line-up is three tops, one pair of overalls, one pair of jeans, two dresses, two pairs of shoes, and one denim jacket!
1 // Madewell overalls
I’ve had these for almost two years. I own them in two washes (the blue one is amazing too), and both pair have truly been closet staples for me through pregnancy and nursing. I’m excited to include these in my challenge pieces. Shop them here. (P.S. These run a bit small, so size up 1 size!)
2 // Everlane authentic stretch high-rise skinny ankle jean (c/o)
These are my new favorite jeans! You can see how they look on in the picture below, but they’re super flattering! I’m wearing my true size, a size 27. They come in several washes, but this one is great for matching with all the things, so that’s why I chose it for my 10×10! Everlane has the best denim though! Shop there here.
3 // Known Supply fitted crew tee (c/o)
I probably wear a black t-shirt at least twice a week, so I knew it was a must for the 10×10. Shop the one I chose from Known Supply (more on their quality, responsibly made clothing coming in a shop spotlight) right here.
4 // Tradlands every day chambray box top (c/o)
Tradlands is my new favorite shop! I’ll be doing a write-up of their shop in my sustainable shop spotlight series, but it’s kind of my new favorite shop! They have amazing closet staples (think Madewell-esque, but sustainable) at super realistic prices. I also have the gold and white gingham version and it’s LOVE. Shop the every day chambray box top here.
(I also have a discount code! Use livingincolor15 for 15% off your order!)
5 // Old BP. basic tee (love this one from Tradlands though!)
6 // ABLE denim jacket (c/o)
ABLE is another of my new favorite places to shop! Their clothing is sustainably made and ethically produced. I love that they don’t have an overabundance of pieces on their site. Just the best of the best. Like this denim jacket.
I’d seen people raving about it forever, so when they offered to send one over I didn’t hesitate to say yes. I’ve been wearing it nonstop. I’m going to do lots of layering with it for the 10×10. Shop it here.
7 // Known Supply black and olive dress (c/o)
This dress from Known Supply is made of organic cotton. It’s super breathable and will layer well! Shop it here.
8 // Pyne & Smith no. 11 indigo stripe linen dress (c/o)
I’ve had this for about a month, and it’s one of my favorite go-to pieces. Pyne & Smith Clothiers is a small shop run by the sweetest woman, Joanna. She is super environmentally conscious in her business practices, which I love! The extra fabric from these handmade dresses goes to make recycled car and plane seat coverings! So cool, right? You can learn more about Pyne & Smith here. Shop the dress here.
9 // old booties from Target (love these identical ethically made ones though)
10 // Free people flats
