Happy Tuesday! Today I am sharing one of my favorite dresses from Sugar Love Boutique. Their dress selection is to die for, so I had such a hard time choosing! I finally decided on this one because it can be easily transitioned into Fall with a utility vest or a blazer in a dark hue.
