Okay, ladies! Let’s just start this post off with a huge disclaimer: I don’t work out regularly….. That being said, I’m trying to get better about going to the gym even if it’s for a half hour 2 or three times a week. Husband and I got a gym membership and we’ve been pretty good about staying on our schedule! 

One thing that keeps me motivated is styling new workout gear. If I have a new top to wear, or new shoes, then I’m bound to feel more up to hitting the gym because at least I feel stylish even if I am breaking a sweat.

Next confession: I own two pairs of tennis sheos- tha’ts it. I’m a huge sandal wearer but we all know you can’t wear sandals to the gym. Therefore, when People Style Watch and Ryka, a women’s only sport company, asked me to try out a new pair of Ryka Flextra training shoes, I was over the moon. These training shoes are super comfortable, and because they have an Ultra-Flex system, they are designed for comfort and performance. (Yes, that’s right, I said performance!) There’s also lots of padding underneath my foot which makes it so I love wearing these shoes. Just to feel special I wore them to get coffee the other day, and didn’t even go to the gym- I did feel sporty though 😉
